What we process. Contact details (name, phone), addresses, order history and payment status. Sensitive data such as item contents stays in your order bag and is never stored unnecessarily.

Lawful basis. We process data to perform the service you asked for, meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax records) and pursue our legitimate interest in improving delivery quality.

Sharing. Drivers see only what they need for a delivery. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights. Request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 48 hours.
