How the monthly package works
A package is a weight of laundry for the month, not a number of bags. Run it below with real weights and watch the allowance move.
The short version
You buy a weight of laundry for the month. We weigh what we collect, and that weight comes off your allowance. Nothing is charged per bag while your allowance lasts.

You book a pickup and say roughly what is going out. No figure is agreed yet and nothing is charged.
The technician weighs the bag at your door. That reading is the only number that matters.
The weight comes off your monthly allowance. On Standard you start with 40KG.
The wash happens and the bag comes back. Still nothing charged.
When the last kilogram is used the plan pauses. Beyond that, orders are priced per order.
On the 1st your allowance resets to 40KG. Whatever you did not use does not carry over.

Cash or card on your first delivery of the month. Not at the door when we collect, and not per bag.
Nothing is refunded. The allowance is for the month and resets on the 1st, so a light month costs the same as a full one.
The plan pauses. Anything further that month is charged per order, so you are never billed twice for the same kilograms.
No. A Standard plan covers laundry by weight, pickups and returns. Sneaker cleans, blanket care and duvets are ordered separately, so they are never taken off your 40KG.
Yes. The allowance can be split with family or friends you add, and any kilograms you take back return to the pool.
Change or cancel before the 1st and it takes effect that month. The allowance resets to the new plan figure.
